What to cook

My imagination seems to be running out on what to cook.  Does anyone know of good recipes which are easy to make and does not consume too much time.  I get tired of meat and potatoes with vegtables.  In need of good nutritious meals.  My weakest point in cooking I am a very last minute planner.  I have to watch what I cook cause husband has high blood pressure.  When I become real lazy I use my crock pot and through in the meat potatoes and any kind of vegetable that I like into that and just let it go.  On occassion I will make pasta but that doesn't  last long for later we will become hungery again real quick.  Please need help.    Thankyou all  

At last have something to make that I have not made since 1987 found the receipe by accident last night when looking for something totally different well here it is.

Tuna Casserole

Boil some macoroni noodles until they are almost done.  1and a half to 2 cups.

Put a layer of noodles in the bottom of the casserole dish.

Sprinkle a layer of tuna on the noodles and another layer noodles and so on till the dish is almost full.

Cook a can of mushroom soup a little bit. but don't add water.

Pour the soup over the casserole and sprinkle a thin layer of cornflakes or bread crumbs on top.  Put in oven of 325 and bake for 1 hour.    Enjoy
